- We shall not conclude / perform Legal Services Agreement with you in case of refusal to provide us with your personal data which is necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject or which is necessary for the conclusion / performance of Legal Services Agreement.
- Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients: UAB Interneto vizija, Microsoft Corporation, Amberlo technologies, UAB, our lawyers, IT service providers, accounting services providers, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Financial Crime Investigation Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, insurance companies, State Data Protection Inspectorate, courier/postal service providers, State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, translation service providers, other providers of legal services, Lithuanian Bar Association, debt collection companies, courts, notary offices, bailiffs, state registry offices and other institutions (when it is necessary for provision of legal services or under the requirements of the laws).
- While processing your personal data we do not apply automated decision making.
- While providing legal services we might need to transfer your personal data to a third country which ensures an adequate level of protection or, for occasional transfers, to a third country which does not ensure an adequate level of protection, but: (i) you have explicitly consented to this transfer (ii) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or the implementation of the pre-contractual measures taken at your request; (iii) the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in the interest of you between the controller and another natural or legal person; (iv) the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (v) the transfer is made from a register which is intended to provide information to the public.
- In the course of the performance of Legal Services Agreement we might process your personal data received from the courts, the State Social Insurance Fund Board (SODRA), the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, state registers, notaries, bailiffs, other lawyers, other institutions and third parties when it is necessary for provision of legal services. You will no longer be informed about such processing.

We will investigate the request within 30 (thirty) days from receipt and will inform you of the actions taken in response to your request.
